Help me please cant login when i login tell me your game is out of date please exist the game before updating and is version 1.3 i instaled both patched that are on the site whats the problem?

hmm you sure u installed the patches corectly 2-6 6-12 12-13?
and after installed our server patch directly in the perfect world main folder?
[i'm asking this is beacouse is the first time ever i hear of this kind of error]

What game files u use?
U need MYEN one, for this server

I took the game from the mirror site that is on site i downloaded it whit utorrent v1.2.6
Can u tell me whats the problem need take another game????
Please help me

First try to remove (delete) game (installed one).
Then install again, and DC form internet.
Start launcher, and disable auto patching.
After that ,install patches (i hope u downloaded all of them),
So after install of patches install our patch (u have read me inside rar file).
Hope it helps.

omg that worked but now tell me cannot connect to the server its trying to login until 20 sec then tell cannot connect what problem is now?
Is server off fixing buggs?
