INGAME RULES FOR ALL OF US!!!

1. Staff Members

1.1. Disrespectful attitude towards any of the Staff Members is forbidden;
Punishment: ban ranging from a simple kick to permanent and IP ban in extreme cases

1.2. Any threats made to a Staff Member are forbidden;
Punishment: account deletion and IP ban in extreme cases

1.3. You must stop any hostile actions against other players when a GM requests for the hostile actions to stop, especially if your hostility is aimed at the person(s) who called the GM;
Punishment: ban for 3 days

1.4. It is forbidden to lie to Staff Members;
Punishment: ban ranging from 1 week to 1 month


Staff members means all Administrators (Admins) and Game Masters (GMs).
These rules apply anywhere, including in the game, on the irc server (channels and private messages), on the forums and in e-mails sent to us.


2. 3rd party software

2.1. The following programs are forbidden:
2.1.1. any 3rd party software used to increase the speed of the application;
2.1.2. any 3rd party software (also known as bots and clickers) used for automation of anything in the game, such as killing monsters, collecting drops, auto-targeting monsters, healing, buffing etc;
Punishment: account deletion and IP ban

2.2. Using someone else's account, even with permission is forbidden;
Punishment: NO GM ASSISTANCE, this includes cases of account theft, technical problems or any other information you'd want to know.


3. Bugs and exploits

3.1. It is forbidden to use exploits;
Punishment: minimum ban for 7 days

3.2. If you find a bug you must immediately contact us with as much information as possible, either on the designated forum, by e-mail, or by private message on the forums;

3.3. If you find an exploit you must immediately contact us with as much information as possible, either by e-mail, or by private message on the forum;

3.4. It is forbidden to publicly speak about an exploit;
Punishment: ban ranging from 1 week to permanent and IP ban in extreme cases


Bug - application error which might prevent some feature to function or make it function in a way it was not intended.
Exploit - a bug that can be used to gain an advantage, such as blocked monsters, item duplication etc.



4. Chatting and names

4.1. It is forbidden to use bad words (swear), in any form (abbreviated, symbols, full text);
Punishment: chat ban for 1-3 days, or account ban from 3 days to 1 month in extreme cases

4.2. It is forbidden to insult other players - rasism, chauvinism, ethnocentrism, any other form of disrespect towards a player is not welcome here;
Punishment: same as 4.1

4.3. It is forbidden to use bad words, in any form in character names, clan names or titles;
Punishment: account deletion

4.4. It is forbidden to use any of the following words in character names: GM, Admin and the names of the current and previous Staff Members;
Punishment: account deletion.

4.5. It is forbidden to beg GMs for items, gold, or experience
Punishment: chat ban for 1 day
4.6 It is forbidden to use real-life threats (i.e. threaten someone to harm them IRL). Remember, this is a game;
Punishment: ban ranging from 3 days to one month and account deletion in extreme cases
4.7 Attempting to impersonate any GM, administrator or any other staff member, current or previous



5. Trading

5.1. It is forbidden to start a shop blocking an NPC
Punishment: shop ban from 1 to 3 days

5.2. It is forbidden to trick someone else and steal their items and/or gold (also called scamming);
Punishment: ban for 1 month to permanent, if it is an account only made for scamming

5.3. It is forbidden to make any transactions such as characters, items, or ingame currency with real money
Punishment: account deletion, IP ban and notification of the Police (WARNING: you might get a criminal record!)

5.4. It is forbidden to give away or sell any account or account details (username & password), even for ingame currency;
Punishment: account deletion, IP ban and if real money were involved, a notification to the Police, no future gm & admin service

6. Events

6.1. Any unwanted intervention at an event is forbidden;
Punishment: ranging from kick to 1 week ban and possible restriction to participating at any other event



7. Using several accounts

7.1. Using additional accounts for selling or storage is allowed
7.2. It is forbidden to use more than two accounts for buffing, leveling or any other kind of help;
Punishment: ban ranging from 1 week to 1 month.


We reserve the right to change these rules without prior notice so please check this section from time to time. Not knowing a rule is not an excuse.

hmm i'm not sure but this rule is weird
Beacouse :
u can hold down Shift(or Alt can't remember right now i'll edit when i do) button to cancel to target players and only the NPC's will be targeted

well...sorry if i'm disturbing

Is soo hard to put the shop like 3 meters right or left from NPC?...think this way...its nice when a new Perfect World gamer see all the NPC . You maybe know , i know , but not all of us know where are the position of NPC (special in a quest ).

didn't see that multclient is forbidden. is it?

Only n00bs use boting tool in private servers...
But i make those bots, so i know when someone use them
