These are the items you need for the lv4 production skills (you need lv50 to get the quest!):

**Light Conceal Cloak (its a lv 57 manteau, you can craft it for example in ADC)

**Astral Submerge Ring

**Minor Anode Necklace
*Ring of Zenithal Break (its only 1*, but it need stats on it like con or int, mag def didnt work for me)


It saves money when you make the items already while lvling your skill from lv3->4/ lv5->6. To lvl all skills to lv 7 takes a few hours, depending on how much luck you have in making 2** items xD
The lv8 skillbooks drop in high lvl FBs as far as i know (correct me if im wrong)

U just buy higher lvl, u dont need to create those quest weapons
